Even as tendrils un-light begin to wither, I feel a desperate moan issue from my home unit. The others feel this too as it seems to pain at these changes. I must discover the meaning of this with my labor.
The radiance of this dazzling beam has cut through more un-light. My home unit gives a subtle hum in it. The others awake to find new energy. With my labor I hope to encourage these changes to continue.

Long hours await in deep questioning. My home unit is still, quiet, and unnerving. The others rest now, awaiting some new change. Outside my window, the dancer are danceless, staring, observing, as my labor begins.
Although subsided, the drumming became quieter in the hours of darkness. Within our home unit the others and I find it hard to ignore it as the drumming becomes polyrhythmic and seductive. As I begin my labor I realize the tiny movements have grown… …the dancers have returned…
A drumming, distant yet clear, filled my home unit this morning. It is steady with deep rhythmic under tones that, while disturbing, moves I and the others. Sitting at my labor, I see tiny movements out my viewing port, that seem in unison with the relentless beat.
Once more I wake to find heat filling my home unit. Perspiration seems to glisten from the walls themselves. The others endure the wave. I find that the mold soot has transmuted into an ichor that covers my computing machine. My labor begins with great discomfort at these events.
Heat, oppressive and enclosing, fills my home unit. While enduring the others stand in wonder of the heats origin. As I begin my labor a dark thought invades my mine: is this a test, and to what end.
My home unit has shaken off the cold of days past. All now feel the warmth of new life, and yet the un-light that was once fading to something else, surges. My labor begins with knowing I must complete my own task.
